Garage Conversion | Sanctuary Point

A double garage in Sanctuary Point, reworked within its existing footprint into a fully self-contained granny flat. One bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and dining nook.

The design worked around the fixed structure of the original building, but raising the ceiling height, new light placement, and layout carefully considered to make a small space feel generous. The result is a home that doesn't feel like a converted garage — it reads as a proper, well-designed compact home.
